Thank you for shopping at AOFKO. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may return eligible items under the terms outlined below.

1. Return Eligibility

  • Items must be returned within 30 days from the date of delivery.

  • Products must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact.

  • Due to hygiene reasons, certain products (e.g., socks, insoles) may not be eligible for return.

2. Return Process

  • We will provide you with return instructions and a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) if applicable.

  • Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or defective products.

3. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable except when the return is a result of our mistake.

4. Exchanges

  • We do not offer direct exchanges. To exchange an item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.

5. Non-Returnable Items

  • Gift cards, sale items, and customized/personalized products are not eligible for return.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

  • If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue.

  • We will arrange for a replacement or full refund as appropriate.
